Delivery times and costs

As a general rule, we prepare the package and send it the same day, except for exceptions such as Christmas when the volume of orders is higher and there may be delays. The preparation time of the package is not included in the shipping times shown below:

Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands
  • FREE shipping on purchases over €100 with delivery in 3 to 5 business days.

  • Premium Shipping with delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Extra charge €4.99

  • Express Shipping with delivery in 2 to 4 business days. Extra charge €7.99
Canary Islands / Ceuta and Melilla
  • Canary Islands Air Shipping with delivery in 3 to 10 business days. Extra charge €9.99
Portugal
  • Express Air Shipping with delivery in 2 to 3 business days. Extra charge €9.99
European Union
  • International Express Shipping with delivery in 2 to 7 business days. Extra charge €16.99*

Cancelación de suscripción

Al suscribirte a nuestro servicio de suscripción de cajas sorpresa, aceptas las siguientes condiciones:

Compromiso Mínimo de Pedidos:

  • La suscripción tiene un compromiso mínimo de 2 pedidos antes de que pueda ser cancelada.
  • Esto significa que podrás solicitar la cancelación de tu suscripción solo después de haber recibido y completado al menos dos pedidos.

Política en Caso de Rechazo del Pedido:

  • Si decides rechazar un pedido al momento de la entrega, se aplicarán las políticas de devolución por desistimiento, incluyendo cualquier coste asociado según lo estipulado en nuestras condiciones generales de devolución.
  • El rechazo de un pedido no exime del cumplimiento del compromiso mínimo de dos pedidos.

Cancelación de la Suscripción:

  • Una vez cumplido el compromiso mínimo de dos pedidos, puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento contactando a nuestro servicio de atención al cliente o a través de las herramientas disponibles en tu cuenta.

Reservations / Pre-sales

If the product you have purchased has been acquired as a Reserve or Pre-sale (see order confirmation) , it will be shipped according to the time frames we indicate on the product, with the waiting time for stock replenishment being approximately 15 to 30 days.

Reserving a product means that the customer makes the purchase to guarantee priority delivery of the product once we receive the stock.

Discarded equipment

At Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa we only allow you to discard up to 5 teams . Although we can take into consideration your personal tastes if possible beyond the discards (for example: I like dark shirts / I like flashy things / I'm not a fan of English teams...), these suggestions may not always be fulfilled.

This is because our stock varies daily and is limited, beyond the 5 teams that are discarded. Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa reserves the right to deny the free exchange if the customer has discarded leagues, entire countries or other discards that are not the 5 TEAMS TO DISCARD.

In the event that the customer has discarded more than 5 teams (for example, 7), only the first 5 teams that are noted will be considered. If you have already made another purchase with us previously, the team you were assigned will automatically be discarded.

Product returns / withdrawal

Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa grants the buyer a return period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product.

Only returns of Products that meet the following requirements will be accepted:

  • That the Product is in perfect condition (except for manufacturing defects), complete and in its original packaging.
  • That the Product has not been used in any way.

*It should be noted that the cost of return logistics due to withdrawal or return has a cost that must be assumed by the buyer. The cost in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be €7.99 per package. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the buyer will not have access to automatic returns, so they must send the product through a Post Office with the printed form of the package.

**For the rest of the regions, the cost of return will depend on each country. The buyer must assume the cost through the transport company and attach the return form inside the package.

***The above warning does not apply to products with manufacturing defects.

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the Products are not in perfect condition (except for manufacturing defects).
  • If more than 14 calendar days have passed since delivery of the Product to be returned.
  • If the Product has been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, excessive heat, sharp objects...).
  • Products customized by the client.
  • Cancellation of the programming order 2 months or less prior to the estimated delivery date of the Product.
  • If the Product has been purchased on sale or on offer.
  • If the Product has been purchased through an intermediary, in this case the return must be requested directly through the intermediary, under its returns policy.

As the purpose of our website is to send our customers a random t-shirt, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. That being said, our customers' satisfaction is very important to us, so in extreme cases, such as if you have received a damaged, duplicate item or if the size is very different than you expected, we may offer you an exchange.

*In the cases described, when a return is attempted by the customer that is NOT subject to withdrawal as provided herein, the customer must assume the amount described above as “reverse logistics” and 10% of the final price of the returned product or products for depreciation and warehouse management.

**The above warning does not apply to products with manufacturing defects.

CFS AUTOMATION SL (“CAMISETAS FÚTBOL SORPRESA”) and the buyer (the “Buyer”) of the clothing items, CAMISETAS FÚTBOL SORPRESA products (the “Product/s”), recognize to the final consumer buyer of the Products (“User”), the replacement and repair periods of the same due to a defective product , at all times enforceable according to the Consumer and User Protection Law .

Return instructions

Only returns of Products that bear the original labels and have the Original Product seal will be accepted. To request the return of Products, it must be done through our website RETURNS PORTAL

Please note; If you wish to exchange your shirt for a different size, we will try to match the shirt you initially received, although due to stock limitations this is not always possible. If the reason for the exchange is that you would prefer a shirt from another team, we can only exchange it ONCE. The stated timeframe for making the exchange is 14 days from receipt of the order.

You MUST return the shirt in the condition you received it, if you have removed the tags we will not be able to issue an exchange.

Additionally, you MUST print and complete the following form and include it when you return the shirt to us. If you do not enclose this form when you return your shirt, it will be extremely difficult for us to track it and we cannot guarantee that you will receive a replacement. Additionally, it is your responsibility to pay for postage on any returned items.
