About the position

Do you love football and especially the shirts of the different teams from around the world? We are looking for a professional with a passion for football and exceptional customer service skills to join our team.

Your responsibility and playing position

As a Customer Service Specialist at Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa you are responsible for the customer experience in times of doubt and query. You are the energy and positivity that customers will perceive at the moment of contact. In addition, you must:

• Manage and resolve customer queries through various communication channels including email, live chat and phone.
• Provide assistance and support in the selection of products, sizes, colors and purchasing process.
• Efficiently handle returns, exchanges and refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update database as needed.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that customers are well served and satisfied with their purchases.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management team.
• Stay up-to-date on company products and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.

• Passion for football and familiarity with the most important teams and leagues.
• Ability to handle challenging situations in a courteous and efficient manner.
