RETURNS

As the purpose of our website is to send our customers a random t-shirt, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. That being said, the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, so in extreme cases, such as if you have received an item damaged or the size is very different from what you expected, we may offer you an exchange.

Keep in mind; If you wish to exchange your jersey for a different size, we will attempt to match the jersey you initially received, although due to stock limitations this is not always possible. If the reason for the change is that you would prefer a jersey from another team, we can only change it ONCE.

You MUST return the shirt in the condition you received it, if you have removed the tags we will not be able to issue an exchange.

In addition, you MUST print and complete the following form and include it when you return the jersey to us. If you do not enclose this form when you return your jersey, it will be extremely difficult for us to track it and we cannot guarantee that you will receive a replacement. Additionally, it is your responsibility to pay for postage on any returned items.
