Delivery times and costs
As a general rule, we prepare the package and send it the same day, except for exceptions such as Christmas when the volume of orders is higher and there may be delays. The preparation time of the package is not included in the shipping times shown below:
Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands
- FREE shipping on purchases over €100, with delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
- Premium Shipping with delivery in 3 to 5 business days. €3.99 surcharge
- Express Shipping with delivery in 2 to 4 business days. Additional charge: €7.99
Canary Islands / Ceuta and Melilla
- Canary Islands Air Shipping with delivery in 3 to 10 business days. Extra charge €9.99
Portugal
- Express Air Shipping with delivery in 2 to 3 business days. Extra charge €9.99
European Union
- International Express Shipping with delivery in 2 to 7 business days. Extra charge €16.99*

Rest of the world
- International Express Shipping with delivery in 2 to 7 business days. Extra charge €17.99*

Return Policy and Conditions of Sale
Unsubscribe
By subscribing to our surprise box subscription service, you agree to the following terms:
Minimum Order Commitment:
- The subscription has a minimum commitment of 2 orders before it can be canceled.
- This means you can request cancellation of your subscription only after you have received and completed at least two orders.
Policy in Case of Order Rejection:
- If you choose to refuse an order upon delivery, the return policies for withdrawal will apply, including any associated costs as stipulated in our general return conditions.
- Rejection of an order does not exempt you from fulfilling the minimum commitment of two orders.
Cancellation of Subscription:
- Once you've met the minimum commitment of two orders, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or using the tools available in your account.

Reservations / Pre-sales
If the product you have purchased has been acquired as a Reserve or Pre-sale (see order confirmation) , it will be shipped according to the time frames we indicate on the product, with the waiting time for stock replenishment being approximately 15 to 30 days.
Reserving a product means that the customer makes the purchase to guarantee priority delivery of the product once we receive the stock.
Discarded equipment
At Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa we only allow you to discard up to 5 teams . Although we can take into consideration your personal tastes if possible beyond the discards (for example: I like dark shirts / I like flashy things / I'm not a fan of English teams...), these suggestions may not always be fulfilled.
This is because our stock varies daily and is limited, beyond the 5 teams that are discarded. Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa reserves the right to deny the free exchange if the customer has discarded leagues, entire countries or other discards that are not the 5 TEAMS TO DISCARD.
In the event that the customer has discarded more than 5 teams (for example, 7), only the first 5 teams that are noted will be considered. If you have already made another purchase with us previously, the team you were assigned will automatically be discarded.
Product returns / withdrawal
Surprise Football Shirts grants the buyer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery of the Product.
Only returns of Products that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- That the Product is in perfect condition (except for manufacturing defects), complete and in its original packaging.
- That the Product has not been used in any way.
*Please note that the return logistics costs for withdrawals or returns are the buyer's responsibility. The cost for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be €7.99 per package. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, buyers will not have access to automatic returns. Therefore, they must send the product through a Post Office with the printed form included with the package.
**For other regions of the world, the return cost will vary by country. The buyer must cover the cost through the shipping company of their choice and include the return form inside the package. Returns cannot be processed through our returns portal.
***The above warning does not apply to products with manufacturing defects.
In the event of a size exchange and the order was placed outside of Spain, the buyer will be responsible for both the shipping costs to our facilities and the return shipping of the new size to the customer's address. For more information, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- If the Products are not in perfect condition (except for manufacturing defects).
- If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the delivery of the Product you intend to return.
- If the Product has been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, excessive heat, sharp objects...).
- Products customized by the client himself.
- Cancellation of the programming order 2 months or less prior to the estimated delivery date of the Product.
- If the Product has been purchased on clearance or sale.
- If the Product was purchased through an intermediary, in this case, the return must be requested directly through the intermediary, under their return policy.
Since the purpose of our website is to send our customers a random t-shirt, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us, so in extreme cases, such as if you received a damaged or duplicate item, or if the size is significantly different than expected, we may offer an exchange.
*In the cases described above, when the customer attempts a return that is NOT subject to withdrawal under the provisions herein, the customer must assume the amount described above as "reverse logistics" and 10% of the final price of the returned product(s) for depreciation and warehouse management.
**The above warning does not apply to products with manufacturing defects.
CFS AUTOMATION SL (“SURPRISE FOOTBALL SHIRTS”) and the buyer (the “Buyer”) of the clothing items, SURPRISE FOOTBALL SHIRTS products (the “Product/s”), recognize the final consumer buyer of the Products (“User”), the deadlines for replacement and repair of the same for defective product , at all times enforceable according to the Law on the Protection of Consumers and Users .
Return instructions
Only returns of Products that bear the original labels and have the Original Product seal will be accepted. To request the return of Products, it must be done through our website RETURNS PORTAL
Please note; If you wish to exchange your shirt for a different size, we will try to match the shirt you initially received, although due to stock limitations this is not always possible. If the reason for the exchange is that you would prefer a shirt from another team, we can only exchange it ONCE. The stated timeframe for making the exchange is 14 days from receipt of the order.
You MUST return the shirt in the condition you received it, if you have removed the tags we will not be able to issue an exchange.
Additionally, you MUST print and complete the following form and include it when you return the shirt to us. If you do not enclose this form when you return your shirt, it will be extremely difficult for us to track it and we cannot guarantee that you will receive a replacement. Additionally, it is your responsibility to pay for postage on any returned items.
